By installing and using the Infinite Scroll application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Infinite Scroll is a Shopify application that provides automatic infinite scrolling functionality for collection pages. The App loads products automatically as customers scroll, replacing traditional pagination.

3. User Obligations

• You must have a valid Shopify store to use the App
• You are responsible for your store's compliance with applicable laws
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Pricing and Payment

The App offers a free plan and a premium plan. The premium plan requires a one-time payment of $100 USD. All payments are processed through Shopify's billing system. The premium plan includes lifetime access with no recurring charges.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the premium plan. If you are not satisfied, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and content, is the intellectual property of Infinite Scroll. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Shopify store.

7. Limitation of Liability

Infinite Scroll is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
